HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

Providing traditional Vietnamese delicacies to the community: this has always been the objective for Van’s Bakery. After immigrating here from South Vietnam, the Loi Family of 9-worked tirelessly to build up their lives. Picking up jobs like McDonalds, on the line at a medical kit production, and baking and selling goods outside Asian supermarkets.  Soon enough, the first brick and mortar came to fruition in San Gabriel, California 1985, Van’s has served and become a household name in the Vietnamese/Asian community from Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Jose. With 8 locations constructed over the course of the 35+ years, Van’s continues to offer the same quality products while adapting to the advancements and changes in the culinary landscape. Whether it be a birthday, a wedding, a holiday, or a random sweet tooth moment, Van’s has something for every occasion.
